Liturgical Dance and Fitness

Being healthy and fit is an important part of dance ministry. Dance ministry requires physical stability as you endure rehearsals, traveling, preparations, and other life demands. Our bodies are the temple of the Holy Ghost. What we eat and how we treat it will determine how our bodies perform under stress with the addition of physical activity.
